Nicole Starr Rose

Nicole is the daughter of Marla and Mark. She was born and raised in California. Nicole is a graduate of San Jose State University with a BA in Sociology with a Concentration on Family. Nicole is the middle child with one brother who is older (Ben) and one that is younger (Heath).

 Nikki currently works for Achievekids school where she is the Transition Coordinator.

Mario James Perotti

Mario is the oldest son of Lucy and Paul. He was born and raised in San Jose, California. Mario is a graduate of California Polytechnic University at San Luis Obispo. Mario has one younger brother (David).

Mario currently works at Blue Coat Systems as the Manager of Web Systems and Operations.

How They Met

The two met because of a contest on Powerslave.com (the music related website that Mario used to own and operate). Nikki entered a contest to win concert tickets at the Pound SF. Mario's random computer script that he created picked Nikki to be the winner of the contest.

She went to the show in San Francisco and the following Monday was contacted by Mario on her AOL Instant Messenger to follow up to ensure she had received her tickets. The two of them started talking and quickly realized that there might be a possible connection. About two weeks later (due to Mario's friend Graham Finney visiting from London) the two of them met in person on May 4th, 2002. Their first date was to see a local music show at the Cactus Club in San Jose. The rest is history!
